(0)I was actually looking for a bottle like this with a spray nozzle, but the torn strap kind of ruined the experience
Advantages: Cool bottle
Disadvantages: She arrived with a broken strap
Good afternoon, Serhiy. The strap is not included in the set—it prevents the wide cap (with the spray nozzle) from being screwed on tightly, which causes the bottle to leak. That’s why we’ve removed these straps. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you’d like, you can return the item and receive a refund.
No, everything's cool. I took off this strap (it just gets in the way).
Anatoly, there are two ways to fix this problem: 1) After filling the bottle with water, make sure that the hole in the plastic insert holding the cap is closed when you screw the cap on; 2) Remove (completely detach) the plastic lid holder https://mmastyle.com.ua/files/products/peresvit-2xcool-sport-bottle_dew_green_4.1200x1200w.jpg?5d60b9b7881700fe95a3e8ee5d8ad88c I hope this helps; if not, please contact our manager.
Good afternoon! I don't recommend this bottle because it leaks even when it's not completely full, no matter how tightly you screw the cap on.
