1. Return & Exchange Window
You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging.
2. When You Can Return or Exchange an Item
You’re welcome to return or exchange an item if:
- You received the wrong item
- Your product arrived faulty or damaged
- You’re not satisfied with the quality
- The size doesn’t fit you
- You don’t like the colour or style
No complicated categories — if something isn’t right, just let us know and we’ll help.
3. How to Start a Return or Exchange
Simply email us at info@peresvitbrand.com with:
- Your order number
- A short explanation of the issue
- Photos if there is a fault or damage
We’ll review your request and reply within 48 business hours with the next steps.
4. Sending Items Back
Depending on the situation:
- If there is a fault or we made a mistake
We will provide a pre-paid return label, so you can send the item back at no cost. - If the item simply isn’t right for you (fit, colour, style, etc.)
You can still return or exchange it — just send it back to us using your chosen shipping method.
Return postage in this case is covered by the customer.
We always recommend using a tracked service.
5. Processing Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your item:
- Exchanges are sent out within 1–3 business days
- Refunds are issued within 1–3 business days to your original payment method
If we provided a pre-paid label, your exchange or refund will be processed as soon as the item arrives back to us.
6. Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In original packaging with all labels
- Free from signs of wear or damage
