Ordering and Payment
1. How do I place an order?

To place an order, add the items you want to your basket by clicking "Add to Cart". Once you're ready, click the basket icon in the top right corner and proceed to checkout.

Fill in your delivery address and contact details. Choose your preferred payment method. Review your order and click "Confirm Order" to complete your purchase.

Our team will send you an order confirmation via email within 24 hours.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through our secure Mollie payment system, which offers multiple payment options:

Available payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro)
  • E-wallets (PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
  • Bank transfer
  • Other local payment methods

All payments are processed securely through Mollie's encrypted payment gateway. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

3. Can I pay cash on delivery?

Unfortunately, cash on delivery is not available for UK orders. We only accept prepayment via the methods listed above. For secure and convenient payment, we recommend using our online checkout with card or PayPal.

4. I placed an order but didn’t pay. How can I complete the payment?

If you placed an order but didn’t complete the payment at checkout, you can still finish it later.

You have two options:

  • Check your email inbox – you should receive an order confirmation with a link or instructions to complete the payment.
  • If you can’t find the email or the link has expired, contact our customer service team with your name and order details, and we’ll resend the payment link or help you place a new order.

Until payment is completed, your order is not processed or shipped.

5. I have a promo code — how do I use it?

On Desktop:

To use your promo code, go to your basket while placing an order.

In the “Promo code” field, type your code exactly as it was given to you and click “Apply”.

If the code is valid, you’ll see the order total update immediately to reflect the discount, and the promo code line will appear under the basket summary.

On Mobile:

During checkout, tap the "Order Details" button (or expand the order details section):

 

In the pop-up window or expanded section, you'll find the "Promo code" field:

Enter your code exactly as it was given to you and tap "Apply". The discount will be calculated and applied to your order total.

Please note: the promo code applies to the value of the products in your basket. It does not reduce the delivery cost — shipping fees remain unchanged.

Delivery and Collection
6. I’m not in the UK. Can I place an order and how much will delivery cost?

Yes, you can place an order even if you're not in the UK, but delivery availability and cost depend on your destination country.

For deliveries within the UK. Orders over £50 are shipped for free. For orders under £50, delivery cost is calculated based on your postcode.

For international deliveries. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country. You will see the exact delivery cost on the checkout page after you enter your delivery address — the system will automatically calculate the final shipping fee based on your location.

If no shipping options appear for your country at checkout, please contact our customer service team at info@peresvitbrand.co.uk and we'll let you know if delivery is possible and what alternatives we can offer.

7. How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs depend on your order value. UK Standard Delivery via Evri:

  • Orders under £50: from £1.99 to £3.99 (depending on the items in your basket)
  • Orders over £50: FREE

All prices are fully inclusive of taxes and delivery fees — no hidden charges. Your parcel will be shipped via Evri with full tracking included. Delivery to UK addresses typically takes 1–3 business days from dispatch.

For fastest delivery, we dispatch all in-stock items within 1–2 business days.

Please note: the shipping cost remains the same whether your order ships from our UK warehouse (Guildford) or our Ukraine warehouse (Kyiv). Free delivery applies to all orders over £50.

8. How quickly will my order arrive?

Delivery time depends on where your order is shipped from. You'll see the shipping information and estimated delivery time on each product page when you select your size / colour.

Orders shipped from UK warehouse (Guildford):

  • Standard delivery: 1-3 business days from dispatch
  • Items dispatched within 48 hours on business days
  • Orders placed before 3 PM Monday-Friday are typically dispatched the same day

Orders shipped from Ukraine warehouse (Kyiv):

  • Delivery: Monday to Wednesday the following week after your order is placed
  • Estimated delivery time: 7-10 business days

You'll receive an email with tracking information and your Evri tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

9. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

You can track your parcel:

  • Using the Evri tracking website
  • In your account dashboard (if registered on our website)
  • By contacting our customer service team
10. Do you offer a collection or Click & Collect?

Currently, we do not offer Click & Collect in the UK. All orders must be delivered to your chosen address. If you're experiencing delivery issues or need to arrange a specific delivery time, please contact our customer service team at:

11. What happens if part of my order is shipped from Ukraine and part from the UK?

In some cases, different items in your order may be shipped from different warehouses (our UK warehouse in Guildford and our warehouse in Kyiv).

If this happens:

  • Your order may arrive in separate parcels, possibly on different days.
  • You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment by email.
  • The shipping cost and free delivery threshold remain the same for your order – you don’t pay extra because items are shipped from different locations.

We’ll show estimated delivery times for each item on the product page and in your order confirmation.

12. Is it safe to order items shipped from Ukraine?

Yes, it is safe to order items shipped from our warehouse in Ukraine.

All products are manufactured, stored and packed according to the same quality and hygiene standards, regardless of whether they are shipped from the UK or Ukraine. Parcels are handled by international delivery services and go through standard customs and security procedures.

You’ll still receive full tracking information, and your warranty and return rights are exactly the same for items shipped from either warehouse.

Returns and Exchanges
13. What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

To return an item:

  1. Contact us via email (info@peresvitbrand.com) or phone (07899281898)
  2. Our team will provide you with return instructions
  3. Send the item back using a tracked delivery service
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or exchange within 2 business days.

Please note: return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or we've made an error.

Items that cannot be returned: underwear, mouthguards, and hygiene-sensitive products (unless faulty).

14. What if my order doesn't arrive?

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your tracking — sometimes parcels are delayed or left with a neighbour.
  2. Contact Evri — they may have attempted delivery or left a card.
  3. Get in touch with us — if your order is still missing after the delivery window, contact us immediately.

Your rights: under the Consumer Rights Act, if your order doesn't arrive within 30 days (or by an agreed date), you have the right to:

  • Request redelivery with a new deadline
  • Cancel your order and receive a full refund

We'll investigate with Evri and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Sizing and Products
15. Where can I find the size chart?

You'll find detailed size charts on each product page under the "Size Guide" tab.

Sizes may vary slightly between collections, so always check the specific chart for the item you're ordering. If you're unsure, email us your measurements and we'll recommend the best size.

16. What if the size doesn't fit?

If the size isn't right, you can exchange the item for a different size free of charge within 30 days.

How to exchange:

  1. Contact us and let us know which size you need
  2. Return the item to us (you cover return shipping)
  3. We'll send you the correct size at no extra cost

17. Are Peresvit products authentic?

Yes, absolutely. All products sold on our website are 100% authentic Peresvit gear, manufactured to the highest standards. Peresvit is a Ukrainian-born fightwear brand created by professional athletes and designers. Every piece is rigorously tested by MMA fighters, boxers, and BJJ athletes before production.

Each item includes:

  • official Peresvit tags and labels
  • manufacturer's warranty.

If you receive a product without authentic tags or with defects, please contact us immediately for a replacement.

18. What warranty do you offer?

Peresvit offers a manufacturer's warranty on all products. Warranty periods vary depending on the type of item:

Warranty coverage: 6–12 months from the date of purchase

We offer a warranty covering:

  • Stitching integrity;
  • Material durability;
  • Internal padding reliability;
  • Print quality (sublimation and etching);
  • Hardware and fastenings.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear;
  • Prints (screen print, heat transfer);
  • Natural deterioration of elastic properties;
  • Pilling;
  • Mechanical damage (cuts, tears, abrasions).

19. Do you offer free delivery?

Yes! Enjoy free UK delivery on all orders over £50. For orders under £50, delivery cost depends on the items in your basket and ranges from £1.99 to £3.99. Simply add £50 or more to your basket and the delivery charge will be removed automatically at checkout.

21. How do I care for my Peresvit gear?

To extend the life of your fightwear:

Apparel (rashguards, shorts, compression):

  • Wash at 30°C or below
  • Use a delicate cycle
  • Avoid bleach or harsh detergents
  • Air dry (do not tumble dry or dry on radiators)
  • Iron on low heat if necessary

Gloves and protective gear:

  • Wipe down with a damp cloth after each session
  • Air dry in a well-ventilated area
  • Never leave in a closed gym bag
  • Use sports gear deodorizers to keep fresh

23. Where do you pay taxes?

We pay our taxes in the United Kingdom, in accordance with UK tax law. All sales on our UK website are reported and taxed under British regulations, and prices shown on the site include VAT where applicable.
