Where are your goods shipped from?
Your goods will be shipped from our warehouse in Guildford, Surrey. Our warehouse is not big, so part of the goods we have can be shipped from ukrainian warehouse in Kyiv.
When can I receive my order after I complete the checkout.
For orders which shipped within UK - you can receive it in 1-3 day time after placing the order.
For orders shipped from Ukraine they are delivered from Monday to Wednesday the next week after the order is placed.
How can I know which warehouse goods will be shipped from?
If you choose size/color of the product you will see shipping information and estimated time of order arrival below “Add to bag” button
Do I have to pay more if goods are shipped from Ukraine?
Not the shipping policy remains the same. And yes, you can get free delivery if your order is above 50GBP
Can I track my order?
After placing your order, you will receive shipping information, including a tracking number where you can track the status of your delivery. You can expect your items to be shipped within 48 hours of placing your order on business days.

Payment via Secure Mollie service:
